RichAire Rental reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice

RENTAL

- RichAire Rental provides rental of 1-6 days
- RichAire Rental also provide long term rental. Please contact us for further assistance
- Equipment rentals are based on availability and also on the requested date of delivery and collection
- Rental pricing is based on consecutive rental days and are not applicable for separate alternative days
- RichAire Rental reserves the right not to proceed with delivery should The Hirer not fulfil the payment schedule
- RichAire Rental reserves the rights to impose 10% interest should there be any outstanding accounts not settled in accordance to terms

HANDLING

- The Hirer is responsible for the equipment rented as soon as goods are delivered
- Any possible defects on equipment shall be checked and acknowledged by The Hirer and RichAire Rental before the commencement of rental
- The Hirer is required to handle equipment rented with proper care in accordance with any safety or operations instructions provided by us
- All rented equipment after usage should be returned is good, clean and working condition as per when we deliver the equipment

CANCELLATION

- Cancellation of 1-2 days before event day will not be entertained
- No refunds will be made if cancellation is made 1-2 days before event day
- No cancellation once items are delivered on site, should there be any last minute on-site cancellation, The Hirer is to borne the full amount payable
- Any cancellation need to be made at least 3 days before event day
